2024 Olympic Qualifiers: Waldrum names 21 players for Super Falcons against Cameroon

Super Falcons coach Randy Waldrum has unveiled a 21-man roster for the team's 2024 Olympic Games third qualifying round with Cameroon.

Waldrum returns to the dugout for the first time since leading the Super Falcons to the round of 16 at last year's 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

Several players also return to the squad from that match.

Ashleigh Plumptre, Osinachi Ohale and Halimatu Ayomide last featured for the Super Falcons in their Round of 16 loss to England's Three Lionesses.

Regulars such as Asisat Oshoala, Chiamaka Nnadozie, Rasheedat Ajibade, Michelle Alozie and Toni Payne are all included in the squad.

The nine-time African champions will face Cameroon in the first leg at the Stade de la Reunification in Douala, Cameroon on Friday 23 February.

The second leg will take place at the MKO Abiola National Stadium, Abuja on Monday, February 26.
