Tinubu appoints new CEOs at FHA, FMBN

President Bola Tinubu has approved the restructuring of the executive management teams of agencies under the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

Mr. Badamasi Haiba, the Director of Information, Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, disclosed this in a statement in Abuja on Thursday.

According to him, the affected agencies were the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN).

Haiba said the President approved the appointment of Mr. Shehu Osodi as the new Managing Director of FMBN, while Mr. Ibidapo Odojukan was appointed as the Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services.

He added that Mr. Mohammed Abdu has been appointed as the Executive Director of Loans and Mortgage Services, while Ms. Chinenye Anosike has been named as the Executive Director of Business Development and Portfolio.

Hon Oyetunde Ojo has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Federal Housing Authority while Mr Mathias Biwani has been appointed as the Executive Director of Housing Finance and Accounts.

Other appointments at FHA include Mr. Umar Abdullahi as Executive Director of Business Development, Mr. Oluremi Omowaye as Executive Director of Project Implementation and Mr. Ezekiel Nya-Etoki as Executive Director of Property Services.
