Easy 15 minute noodle stir fry ✨ save this for a simple & delicious Monday meal!
I prepared this using my new beautiful ChefX knives which were gifted and I absolutely love them. This is the ChefX Kassel Chef’s knife and it’s so versatile, I’m always in the kitchen making something so this was the perfect addition to my kitchen 🙌🏼
Makes 3 serves
▪️1 small head broccoli (280g)
▪️1 carrot (120g)
▪️175g firm tofu
▪️1 tbsp sesame oil
▪️2 tbsp dark soy sauce
▪️1 tsp sriracha
▪️1 tsp rice wine vinegar
▪️1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1️⃣ Prepare the vegetables by chopping them up, including chopping the garlic finely. The Chefx Kassel chef’s knife did this so effortlessly 🤩
2️⃣ Heat the sesame oil in a pan on a medium to high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3️⃣ Add the tofu, cook for 4-5 mins until golden brown, turning so all sides cook.
4️⃣ Soak the noodles in boiling water if they need to be pre soaked.
5️⃣ Add the chopped veggies and noodles to the pan. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha and sweet chilli. Stir through so everything is coated and cook for a further 5 mins.
6️⃣ Divide into bowls and enjoy!
